원문 보니 WSAVA 도 길고양이 TNR에 대해서는 그다지 긍정적이지 않군요.
효과가 일시적이거나 오랜 동안 고비용을 들여야 나온다거나,
섬 같이 고립된 지역에서나 유효하다거나,
특히 TNR 한다고 생태계 교란을 안 하는 게 아니니
생태학적으로는 TNR이 안락사의 대안이 될 수 없다고 지적합니다.

세계에서 유일하게 중앙정부 차원에서 TNR에 매년 수백억원씩 낭비하는 것도 모자라,
환경부라는 곳에서 국립공원 들고양이 안락사를 사실상 금지하고 TNR로 관리하겠다는
미개하고 후진적인 정부가 좀 봐야할 것 같습니다.
